Saber Jlassi has created some incredible pyro simulations, rendered with Arnold for Houdini.
He also has a youtube channel with Arnold rendered pyro animations.

Zeno Pelgrims has updated his camera shader for Arnold. It is capable of simulating optically imperfect lens effects.

Here is a simple test using the alHair shader to create some hair for a Barbie doll. Simply reducing the Melanin and Highlight width gives a more realistic result.

If you are using Windows, I highly recommend using Sticky Keys. It saves you having to make difficult hand movements that can contribute to RSI.
